Fire Family Foundation Announces that it will be supporting fire victims in need due to the recent CA wild fires and will be accepting funds on behalf of the two fallen firefighters

Station Fire 2009

The Fire Family Foundation (FFF) announced today that funds are being made available to assist the victims of the fires. "When you have lost everything, assistance in any amount helps the victims get back on their feet. Firefighters support our communities every day, and now is the time to support them and the victims who have lost their homes and belongings," states FFF Board Member Pat Engel. The Foundation currently has no administrative costs, so you can be assured that all donations to the Foundation will be directed to the victims of this tragic incident and to the families of the fallen firefighters.

"We extend our deepest condolences to the families of Tedmund Hall and Arnaldo Quinones, who lost their loved ones in the Station Fire. Their bravery and heroism will never be forgotten," said Fire Family Foundation President, Mike Mastro. "We have been receiving donations to assist both families and those funds will be sent to F&A Federal Credit Union where a memorial fund has been established." L.A. Police Federal Credit Union, www.lapfcu.org, and Lockheed Federal Credit Union, www.lockheedfcu.org, are also accepting donations on behalf of the Fire Family Foundation.

The Fire Family Foundation was formed in 2007 by Los Angeles Firemen's Credit Union to provide financial assistance to firefighters and their families, to assist victims of fire-related incidents, to support charities within the fire community, to promote educational support to firefighters and to provide financial assistance to fire departments.
