The Fire Family Foundation does not solicit donations via unsolicited e-mail (spam) or direct telephone solicitation, and we discourage folks from responding to such calls and e-mails. A legitimate request for donations from the Fire Family Foundation would include a wide variety of methods to contribute.
The Fire Family Foundation works diligently to ensure that fundraising promotions that benefit the organization are authorized by the Fire Family Foundation in compliance with the fundraising guidelines of the Better Business Bureau. As such, the organization uses several layers of protective measures including, but not limited to blocking and filtering technologies, surveillance, system updates and anti-fraud measures.
